Sand Management & Solids Control

Solids Control for Asset Protection

TGFS integrates sand management into completion and flowback operations to help protect downstream equipment from abrasive returns.

Sand Knockouts

Cyclonic sand knockouts, or SKOs, separate sand from the returning fluid stream and collect it within the vessel for removal.

Plug Catchers

Plug catchers capture larger debris during drill out, complementing sand separation within the surface returns package.

Downstream Protection

Managing solids ahead of separation and permanent production equipment helps limit exposure to abrasive material and supports equipment reliability.

Integrated With the Flowback Operation

Personnel monitor equipment condition and coordinate vessel servicing with pressure control, separation, and the wider operation. Equipment selection reflects the application and anticipated returns.

Sand management supports both well cleanup and the collection of useful operating information. Containment, transfer, and disposal responsibilities are established within the job scope.
