Drill Out

Surface Control. Coordinated Drillout Support.

TGFS manages surface returns, monitors circulation, and coordinates with pumping and drillout personnel as isolation plugs are removed.

Surface Support for Plug Removal

The coiled-tubing or workover provider performs the downhole plug-removal work. TGFS's surface responsibilities and operating interfaces are defined for the job.

  • 01Pressure and flow-control support.
  • 02Returns and circulation monitoring.
  • 03Plug-debris capture and sand management.
  • 04Fluid routing through the surface package.
  • 05Coordination with the operator and other service providers.

Equipment Matched to the Returns

Manifolds, plug catchers, and sand-management equipment handle returning fluids, sand, and plug debris. Package selection reflects the well program, anticipated conditions, and connections to other equipment on location.

Circulation Monitoring and Field Coordination

Changes in returns and circulation require attention from both the surface crew and the downhole team. TGFS personnel track rates and maintain communication with pumper operators and drillout providers so changes can be addressed together.

Once drillout is complete, TGFS can support the transition into flowback and well testing through the agreed equipment, personnel, and reporting scope.
