Flowback & Well Testing

Protect the Asset. Understand the Well.

TGFS combines surface flow control, sand management, and three-phase separation to support well cleanup and testing. Experienced personnel and hourly rates and pressure reporting keep your operating and engineering teams informed.

Our flowback package brings together manifolds, sand knockouts, and three-phase test separators to manage returns before they reach permanent production equipment.

Crews monitor changing pressure, flow rates, sand, and fluid production while managing the surface flow path within the agreed scope. Sand capture helps protect downstream equipment; separation directs oil, gas, and water into the designated site systems.

Equipment configuration and routing reflect the well program and site requirements.

Well Testing & Production Measurement

Test objectives and measurement requirements are established with the operator so the information collected supports engineering evaluation and production planning.

01

Production Rates

Track oil, gas, and water production to understand the well stream and changes during the test period.

02

Operating Pressures

Read production data alongside operating pressures to evaluate changes in well behavior.

03

Field Observations

Report equipment issues and operating changes alongside the measurements, giving the receiving team context for the readings.

Data Acquisition & Hourly Reporting

TGFS reports rates and pressures hourly during flowback and well testing. Active monitoring and clear field communication help engineers and asset owners follow well performance and plan cleanup, testing, and the next operating stage.

Measurements, report format, and communication paths are agreed with your team. Additional sampling, specialized testing, and regulatory documentation requirements are defined within the job scope.

A Coordinated Production Handoff

Cleanup duration and handoff criteria vary by well. TGFS works with the operator through the required testing period and coordinates the transition to permanent production equipment.

Where production support is included, personnel remain to monitor equipment performance and compare manual oil and water rate checks with electronic readings. These checks help identify discrepancies before the handoff to the ongoing production team.
